Features
1. The proofing box is equipped with single-door 32 trays (1 frame) and double-door 64 trays (2 frames) for use with rotary furnaces, which are convenient and practical for fermentation of the whole vehicle.
2. The proofing box is made of stainless steel, which is durable and clean. Reasonable ventilation holes are set inside to make the fermentation effect more even.
3. Using carbon brazing heating tube, the heating speed is fast, and the structure of hot air circulation make the proofed bread is uniform.
4. Using computer panel control, precise temperature control, humidity and temperature can be adjusted.
5. Proof boxes of different specifications can be designed and customized according to customer needs.
